Contractors are planning to get a Silver or Gold LEED rating on the new 200,000 square foot building. LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design and is a rating system to classify structures as environmentally conscious and developed with eco-friendliness in mind. The project is planned to be completed in the fall and pending market health, will one day include a retail area behind the office building. (David Massey)
