Beauty School Dropout Contest

  • 8 photos
  • The classic song, "Beauty School Dropout," was the inspiration for our contest that gave readers a chance to win tickets to the national tour production of "GREASE" at Peabody Auditorium, March 30, in Daytona Beach. The Grand Prize winner also won a one-night stay at the Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort and a gift certificate for dinner at Doc Bales restaurant.
Contestants were asked to include a photo of one of their worst hair days along with their entry. Although our Grand Prize winner, Karen Rando from DeLand, was chosen at random, we think you'll agree her photo earned her a well-deserved night on the town.
Meanwhile, we thought you might like to see a selection of other folks brave enough to send us photos of hairy days from their past.
