They did it all –– body rolls, direction changes, spinning kicks –– but top bull riders weren’t fooled by the antics of “the rankest” bulls Saturday at the Brian Earl Foster Invitational bull riding event. The region’s “28 best” stayed safe and a few of them made their eight –– seconds, that is.
Six riders needed to make the elusive eight-second ride for a championship round, something that finally happened toward the end of the initial round.
